Welcome to the Capital Honda Help section, here you can find out how to navigate and explore this web site with helpful tips and explanations on how each section works and what they have to offer. To get help on any section of this web site please choose one of the links to the left.

Navigation

As you move your mouse pointer over the main horizontal menu, sub menus for the different sections appear. By clicking on either a main section or it's sub sections you can navigate directly to any desired area of the site. The icon to the left of the main menu will change according to which section is currently selected.

Once a desired area has been selected, the full sub menu is displayed to the left of the page.

[top] New Cars

To access the New Cars section simply select 'New Cars' from the main navigation, this will take you into the New Cars Home page. To enter a specific new cars section, select one from the drop down sub section in the main menu or simply enter the New Cars homepage and continue from there.

When you have selected either one of the manufacturers a new page will display with thumbnails of all available new cars from that manufacturer. To select the car of your choice simply click on the thumbnail image of the desired car and a new page will then load.

Here you will find the full details on the selected vehicle, in the top left panel there is the model title, short description of the car and the Capital Honda price. On the right side of this panel you will see an 'Enquire Now' button, click this at anytime to make a no obligation enquiry about the selected vehicle.

The centre navigation strip provides you with information on the vehicles Technical Specifications and Model Features. Vehicle options being displayed as default. To view technical specification or model features simply click on either.

[top] Used Cars

The Used Cars area allows you to quickly find a range of vehicles suited to your needs and make enquiries about any of them.

The initial page is comprised of the sub menu, 'Used Car Search' facility, introduction and a list of Capital Honda 'Best Buys'. The sub menu to the left allows you to view the other pages within Used Cars. The 'Used Car Search' facility allows you to select any desired 'Make', 'Model', a range of years and a range of prices to suit your taste and budget. Once these attributes have been selected click on the 'Search' button at the bottom and a list of results will be displayed. Alternatively you can select the 'View All' button and view the entire range of cars available.

Displayed results will include a thumbnail image of each vehicle, short model description and the Capital Honda price. For more information or to make an enquiry simply click the buttons displayed. To view more detailed information on any of the cars displayed in the search results list simply click on the thumbnail image.

By clicking on a thumbnail image a new page will be displayed, here you will find the full details of the selected vehicle, in the top left panel you will find the model title, year manufactured, current kilometres traveled, a short description of the car and the Capital Honda price. On the right side of this panel there is an 'Enquire Now' button, click this at anytime to make a no obligation enquiry about the this vehicle.

The 'Best Buys' list to the right are vehicles that we feel represent the best value for money. Clicking on any of these will take you to a new page with more information on that particular vehicle.

The 'Fleet Enquiry' area is a form that collects the relevant details on establishing a fleet. We respond to these enquiries directly with a fully personalised service.

[top] Finance

The 'Finance Enquiry' area utilises a form to collect the relevant personal, vehicle, banking, and other financial details.

The 'Insurance Enquiry' area is a form that collects the relevant personal and vehicle details so we can provide tailored insurance solutions for you.

The legal component of finance establishment is explained in the 'Terms & Conditions'.

[top] Parts

The Parts area allows you to quickly find a range of parts suited to your needs and make enquiries about any of them.

The initial page is comprised of the sub menu, 'Parts Search' facility, introduction and a list of Capital Honda 'Parts Specials'. The sub menu to the left allows you to view the other pages within Parts. The 'Parts Search' facility allows you to select the desired range of prices to suit your budget. Once these attributes have been selected click on the 'Search' button at the bottom and a list of results will be displayed. Alternatively you can select the 'View All' button and view the entire range of parts available.

Displayed results will include a thumbnail image of each part, short description and the Capital Honda price. To make an enquiry simply click the button displayed. To view more detailed information on any of the parts displayed in the search results list simply click on the thumbnail image. You will then be presented with a new page.

Here you will find the full details of the selected part, in the top left panel you will find a short description of the part and Capital Honda price on the selected part, the right side of this panel has an 'Add to Cart' button, click this at anytime to add the selected part to your shopping cart. When you select the add to cart button a pop-up window will be displayed showing you what item has been added, the quantity, subtotal, GST and the total amount. From the shopping cart window you have options to 'Clear Cart' which will delete all items within the shopping cart, 'Recalculate' which will recalculate price if you have altered the quantities, and 'Shop Again' allowing you to continue shopping for other items. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart select the 'Checkout' option. You will then be presented with a confirmation page with the price, quantity, code and name of the items you wish to purchase. Beneath this you can enter your personal and payment details. Once the order has been sent a receipt page will display. You can print this page for your records.

The 'Parts Specials' list to the right are parts that we feel represent the best value for money. Clicking on any of these will take you to a new page with more information on that particular part.

The Service section allows you to make customised enquiries, book your vehicle in for a service and take advantage of our special service offers. On the initial page the sub menu appears on the left, the introductory image and text are in the center and 'Service Specials' are positioned to the left.

The 'Service Booking' area is a form that collects the relevant personal, vehicle and Drop-Off / Pick-Up Time details.

The 'Service Enquiry' area is a form that allows you to make a customised enquiry, specific to your vehicles requirements.

[top] News & Events

The 'News & Events' section contains articles of interest arranged for quick access and ease of navigation. The initial page has the sub menu on the left side, the Latest Article displayed in the center.

Each article has a title, date of issue and some articles include images.

The 'Article Archive' contains a list of article titles, dates, descriptions and thumbnail images. To view other list pages use the horizontal page navigation above and below the list.

This section contains contact details of staff members from each department, an interactive Location Map and Dealership Layout and General Enquiry facilities. The initial page has the sub menu on the left side, an introductory image and text, and a list of staff representatives to contact at the right.

The General Enquiry facility allows you to give us feedback or to ask us about any aspect of the site.

An interactive Location Map and Dealership Layout are available to help you find us and acquaint yourself with the layout of our centre.
